Fees and Charges

Additional Notes:

Most of our discretionary portfolios have an all-inclusive annual management fee, accruing on a quarterly basis.

Given the customised nature of most our client mandates, we prefer to quote on specific situations. Fees will mainly be driven by the size of the portfolio and the asset allocation. We always endeavour to be competitive.

However, for our standardised "core" Global Discretionary Portfolio offering, the fee structure is as follows:

Client Fees for AUM*: $1-3m. $3-5m. $5+m.

Fixed Income: 1.00% 0.85% 0.75%
Conservative: 1.50% 1.25% 1.00%
Balanced: 1.75% 1.50% 1.25%
Growth: 1.75% 1.50% 1.25%
Equity: 2.00% 1.75% 1.50%

*All fees and expenses of any fund included in the Global Discretionary Portfolios (GDP) will be charged by the investment fund and will be reflected in the net asset value of such investment fund by the GDP. Investment Management (IM) fee will be reduced but not below zero, by any trailer fee paid by a mutual fund to the GDP manager. IM fee does not include transaction fees and certain other transaction costs.
